The Beginning : THE WORD

In the beginning was the WORD, and the Word was toward the Elohîm, and Elohîm was the Word. He was in the beginning towards Elohîm (...) All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. John 1:1-3

It is through His Word that everything has been made, it is He who has given life to everything we find on earth.

The WORD is the fondation of all things

“All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. John 1:1-3”

So it's easy to understand that His Word is the initiator of all things, the foundation of all things on earth.

Since all things were made by Him, anything we undertake without Him is doomed to failure. Isn't it written that faith comes from what we hear, and what we hear comes from The Word of Elohim (Romans 10:17)? It is the foundation of our faith, the incentive for our action.

It is the foundation of the belief of every disciple of Yehoshua, since it is the one who has revealed to us who He is, how to serve Him, how to worship Him, how to love Him, how to Obey Him and more.

The need to understand that The Word is the foundation and source of all discipleship is more than essential. Therefore, we need to understand that from the moment it is not or no longer, we have deviated. So it's easy to understand that His Word is the initiator of all things, the foundation of all things on earth.

HIS WORD Is The TRUTH

“SANCTIFY THEM WITH YOUR TRUTH! YOUR WORD IS TRUTH" John 17:17

We come to understand that His Word is the Truth, there is no other, it is the only truth, absolute, unalterable, reliable, because it was given by YHWH and is YHWH Himself.

At this point, it's important to emphasize that Truth was personified by Yehoshua. We see that in John 14:6, with Yehoshua Himself affirming: "I AM the Way, the Truth and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

Our Elohîm is the most communicative Being there is.

How do we know that ?

He created man and gave him language to communicate with Him. And Elohîm has been communicating with mankind since the dawn of time. The Bible is irrefutable proof of this.

However, He doesn't communicate with mankind to pass on information; He addresses them for very specific reasons, and in particular to breathe Life into them.

"For as the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return without watering the earth, making it fruitful and causing its plants to sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so it is with My WORD that goes forth from My mouth: it does not return to Me without effect, without having accomplished what I desire and brought to success the thing for which I sent it." Isaiah 55:10-11

He speak without ceasing but are we taking care of His Word ? Job 33:14 says that :"For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not." May we change our attitude Toward our life Giver, may we let It freed our life from the bondage of sin.

We can also think of His Word as a scalpel in the surgeon's hands. It gives access from our inner being to the Spirit of Elohîm in order to accomplish the work of stripping away our sinful nature and implanting the regenerated one. It brings to light all the deformations of our inner being, engendered by sin. We find this explanation in Hebrews 4:12 "For the Word of Elohim is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow. And it judges the thoughts and intentions of the heart."

Finally, John 8:32 means this: "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free". When we expose ourselves to the truth, for greater clarity, it's just as if we are exposing ourselves to the sun.Our skin is affected, our entire organism (we know that the sun is a vector of vitamin D) resulting in the liberation and death of the old man, therefore of sin.

SHE WORKS TO TRANSFORM LIVES

It is essential to understand its various characteristics, as they are crucial to man's salvation.

What do we need to understand about man?

Let's read a few passages on man's condition after the introduction of sin into the world:

"And YHWH saw that the wickedness of man was very great in the earth, and that the whole structure of the thoughts of his heart was only evil at all times" Genesis 5:6

"And you, being dead through the faults and sins in which you once walked, according to the age of this world, according to the head of the authority of the air, of the spirit that now works in the sons of obstinacy, among whom we all once lived, according to the desires of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of our thoughts. And we were by nature children of wrath like the rest." Ephesians 2:1-4

These are briefly the consequences of sin on man and the reason why without His Word which is Truth we are lost forever!

So when we expose ourselves to His Word, which is Truth, if we receive it, it will do its work in us, from the inside out. This means a RADICAL transformation of our way of thinking and acting. We'll never be the same again.

HIS WORD AT THE INITIATIVE OF THIS BLOG

It was essential to start this blog with this post, as we had already understood from John 1, that His Word is the beginning of all things. It's not just the beginning, it's also the Source of what I am, and therefore of everything that will be published on this blog. It is the Authority of my life.

Before I finish, why "Daughters love the Truth"? Our Elohim is our Father and when we are His daughters we love Him, we love HIS WORD. I refer to the passage in John 10:27: "My sheep hear my voice and follow me". I love to hear His voice, I expect to hear it every, and I (will) follow Him, I love His Word, I love the Truth, It has set me free and sanctifies me every day.

Finally, there's a passage that has always spoken to me about obedience, and that's 2 Thesalonians 2:10, which says, among other things, that some people are not saved "because they have not received THE LOVE OF THE TRUTH". We can't just hear the Truth, we have to love it to be saved. Loving it means obeying it.

That's why "DAUGHTERS LOVE THE TRUTH" isn't just about communicating information, or being thought-provoking, but it is A SUPPLICATION TO OBEY YHWH. This is salutary for us.

If we are enlightened, and love the Truth, let us share always for the edification of all.
